It has been a while again since I published a meal plan onto my blog, although I have been doing my weekly plan I have just had no time to actually blog them!
So here is my meal plan for this week -
Monday – Fish fingers mash and peas (we have ballet lessons, parents evenings plus my choir rehearsal to contend with this evening so quick and easy is the only way!)
Tuesday – Lentil Bolognese
Wednesday – Fish pie
Thursday – Sausage casserole
Friday – Shepherds Pie
Saturday – I am going to do a bit of a cooking spree this weekend and fill up my freezer with goodies. On my list is a vegetarian and a meat Bolognese sauce ready for making up lasagna and pasta dishes. Some soup for quick and easy yummy dinners, and a chicken casserole.
Sunday – Roast beef dinner with all the trimmings! We have not had a roast since Christmas and I am really feeling the need now!
